Knife Holder Cleaning Machine type 22572

The machine is for cleaning ITEC knife holder including gloves a stab protection aprons designed.

With its short cleaning time for the entire work tool in one step, it is particularly suitable for industrial companies with a large number of employees.

16 pcs. spray rotors clean the equipped knife holder while moving through the machine hanging from a conveyor. In addition, a stab protection apron can be attached to the knife holder, which is cleaned via static nozzles. Before leaving the machine body, the knife holder is sterilized with 82°C water provided by the customer. The machine cleans up to 16 small knife holders type 22240 or 8 pcs. of type 22200.
